Summit dates: Tuesday, October 6 (welcome dinner) through to Thursday, October 8 (closing dinner and evening activity)
You will be responsible for booking and paying for your flight to and from London, England, and transportation from and to the airport. We have negotiated a rate of £485.00 inclusive of VAT per room per night (plus applicable taxes, fees and personal incidental expenses) at Hotel Café Royal. **Based on availability, Hotel Café Royal will offer extended accommodations at the group rate noted above for three nights before and after the Summit (i.e., October 3, 4 and 5, and October 9, 10 and 11). If you wish to extend your stay, please email Momentus Events (Nellie Kwok | hello@momentusevents.ca) who will facilitate the arrangements.
